5. Any suggestions for improvement of the next teleconference?

Watch screen size - get presenters to set 1024 x 768. Larger can cause issues for those with smaller screen resolutions.

I would like to have seen more of the technical design for the creation of define.xml as after all that is what SAS and ESUG is for. Perhaps it could have been a 2-part TC with the 2nd part dedicated to actual SAS code design. Then those who weren't interested in the technical aspects could have left after the 1st part and those who are familiar with the concept could join later.

6. Any other feedback or comment?

Both speakers came across clearly, but we did struggle a little to hear the meeting organiser.

I'm afraid a strong contrast between the fluency and apparent preparedness of first and second speakers, in favour of the first. Using a second language is obviously very hard, but better prep. / rehearsal might have improved things

I am on my own (no other DM/Stats support) at a small biotech and have no idea about the practicalities of getting started with CDISC and have no support. This makes the talks to be of theoretical interest only. I would like a talk aimed at those who are currently no-where with CDISC and wanting to find out how to start and quantifu and justify the costs to senior management.
