Recommended Internet Explorer Browser Settings
- Go to Control Panel-> Internet Properties -> Security tab (or) Go to the browser settings -> Security tab
- Click Sites -> Click Advanced
- Add the portal URL to Local Intranet
- Uncheck 'Enable protected mode' for working with the explorer view.
- Upon utilizing the "Open In Explorer" button shown in the ribbon; please allow few seconds for the operation to complete and please make a second attempt if the first attempt fails.
- Install Silverlight

The portal works best with Office 2010. However, it also works with Office 2003 and Office 2007 with some of the features not available being:
